The futon converts to a comfortable double bed if needed.
A well equipped modern kitchen with a dinning are in the sitting room.
The downstairs bedroom has an option of a king size bed or two twins.
The bathroom is downstairs just across the hall from the bedroom, newly fitted and decorated.
